My real estate agent knew that my house, as it was, would be a challenge to sell quickly and
for a good price. Virginia arrived, and gave me a detailed evaluation of the interior and exterior, identified the problem areas,
and suggested the solutions. Virginia began by creating a workable plan which included organizing, editing the furnishings, and
clearing the clutter. Updates and repairs were also needed. We had the home painted with a wonderful color that would appeal
to many buyers. All these changes made my home inviting, brighter, more spacious and well maintained. My neighbors think someone
else lives here now, and thanks to Virginia, someone else will!
